More insulting stereotyping. As a teen I hated shopping, wore jeans every day, had one tube of mascara, and my room was filled with books and lego and gadgets. I wouldn't be seen dead in a dress/hairspray/nail polish/pink underwear. My daughter didn't fit this stereotype, either. In fact, my son is a closer fit.
